Our datasets power solutions such as a Property Valuation Tool for market estimates, a Bond Market Share Report, a Consumer Insights Platform for targeted campaigns, and a GIS for data-driven decisions, alongside tools for property registration tracking and legal descriptions.
Deeds
Enriched deeds data or cleaned deeds data – property transfer information in South Africa. This includes the Title Deed Information about the property, including historical and current data.
The clean version of deeds in a SQL Database format. This provides ease of use for customers via our API’s to connect to data vault, allowing the integration of all data sets into your solutions.

SPATIAL – GIS ANALYTICS
Leverage geographic information systems (GIS) to analyze spatial data, enabling comprehensive spatial analytics and visualization for informed decision-making.
Geocoding is the process of converting addresses (Street addresses) into geographic coordinates (Latitude and longitude), which you can use to place markers on a map or position the map.
All businesses and individuals require the best/fastest route from one point to the next. Used for optimising delivery to multiple points. The street network is the base of these calculations, using direction of travel, speed limits and other possible obstacles such as temporary road closures.
This is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyse, manage and present all types of geographical data. GIS provides geographical visual representation.
Being a small company, we do not have our own inhouse IT department, but needed the services of one, given the nature of our business. We were introduced to Knowledge Factory through one of our Shareholders who has also used Knowledge Factory’s services in the past.
We had initially thought of only utilising Knowledge Factory’s services in relation to an office reallocation in 2020, however post the reallocation we decided that we would use them as our preferred IT service provider. To this end Knowledge Factory has provided a dedicated IT member to us who not only understands our business and its needs from an IT perspective, but whom we also have ease of access to, almost 24hrs a day, which is something we appreciate from a service level point of view.

Over the past 3 years I have been involved in mainly 2 projects: The Insights data-product that involves the apportioning of coarse market data to Suburb-level, as well as the all-important Knowledge Factory AVM.
