The Experience Engineering team developed a comprehensive approach to analyse and visualise sales data within South Africa. The project focused on structuring and interpreting large data sets related to sales and customer behavior, using user personas to better understand customer needs.

Objective: Organise and analyze sales data to gain insights into customer behavior, enhancing clients understanding of its South African market.

Solution: Structured and analysed data around sales, creating detailed user personas. Built initial dashboards in Figma to visualise insights, then translated these designs into PowerBI, linking the data sets for interactive visualisation.

Outcome: Delivered a powerful, user-friendly dashboard that allowed their team to explore data and make data-driven decisions more effectively. This streamlined access to critical insights, improving strategic alignment and responsiveness.

A Banks UI Design Project: Elevating Data Presentation for Enhanced Clarity

The project involved elevating an existing data model and enhancing its design to improve data readability and user experience. The Experience Engineering team applied UI and UX methodologies to refine and streamline the presentation of data on the platform.
